Christmas Lights
Dec. 11th, 2006 08:38 pmMy 100 light strand of pretty Christmas lights isn't working right! One half of the strand is fine - the other half won't light up. I've checked the fuses already, and I don't have a "blinker" light on the strand. Help, anyone?
According to the box:
"In order for this set to function properly, all of the bulbs must be seated firmly in their sockets"
It's not that, because half works fine.
"Each bulb contains a shunting device that keeps the set lit even if one or more bulbs burn out"
It not that, either, as I don't think 25 bulbs burned out at the same time.
